Georgia has low THC cannabis legalized and CBD. All other forms of cannabis including leaf/flower and oils with a higher THC content are entirely illegal. Of course as a result of these tight laws, personal or recreational use is illegal and home grow strictly forbidden. Way to go, not expecting a good freedom score here.

Medical Details

Georgia does have a medical program but it seems quite limited in scope as it's limited dosage THC. We'll give credit for the medical availability which is better than nothing but ponts removed for limiting the healing patients can receive.
Citizens of the USA's medical and ALL health decisions should be between themselves and their doctors. Not handicapped on purpose by corrupted government.
