Florida Voters will Decide

Of course in the land of the free, nothing really is. Trulieve (with great appreciation) is leading the effort to have "Personal Use*" cannabis legalized in the state of Florida. It will appear on the states Ballot in November.
Goods:
* Would legalize all adults over 21 to purchase, hold and consume cannabis with no repercussions.
Bads:
* Does not expunge former convictions (what? such nonsense)
* No provision for home.personal growing (Seriously? WTF!?)
* Requires 60% approval by voters to pass (so far looking close but no vigar, er BLUNT yet) Hopefully a marketing campaign will account for and correct that.
